Is this the good audiopipe?

I might get one, but does anyone know if it is a 2 ch or 1 ch? They make it look like you cannot hook up one dual 2 ohm sub at a 1 ohm load.
It's a monoblock. The 3000D is only stable down to 2ohms. The 1500D will do 1ohm. Some even claim it will do .5 ohm.

I'm confused?//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif How come the 3000 watt AP on ebay say 1 ohm stable? Are you sure it is 1 ch and already bridged internally? Look at the wiring diagram on Ebay.

What am I missing?

I'm pretty sure its only rated to 2ohms because it's just 2 1500s strapped. And yeah, I'm sure its a 1 channel amp. Even that ebay link has monoblock written all over it.

the ap3000.1 says 1 ohm minimum for each channel or 2 ohm bridge minimum...it says this right on the side of the amp where the speaker terminals are at..

you can try to run it at 1 ohm bridged , but there is a good chance of it going up in flames if you don't have the electrical , or the impedance rise to get it above 1 ohms bridged.....

i fixed one last week , and i have heard a bunch of them. i like them...cheapest 3000 watt amps you can buy that puts out its rated power...

i would buy 2 big (insert your favorite high power sub) dual 1 ohm subs , and 2 ap3000.1's. hook each amp to a sub and bang! you have 6000 real watts for around 700.00 bucks. where can you get 6000 watts for 700.00 ? of course you will need the electrical, but you will be saving lots of money to buy a ho alt, and batteries //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

plus, if you try to run that amp at 1 ohm the distortion goes way up, making it sound like crap, the efficiency goes down, the amp will run hotter, and eventually it will die...lol

it has been said before....its two 1500 watt 1 ohm stable boards internally strapped together.....you can run it as a 2 channel or a 1...

Ok, I get it now. I should have been looking at it as 2 amps strapped in one case. I totally understand now. I was asking because I didn't know what ohm subs to get. Thanks guys. No more confusion here!

YES I HAVE THE POWER!!! ok really though, I just got my amp from ups. I received the black version amp with silver accents. I have pictures on my phone, can't upload till I get home from work. but I'll show install too.

Amp booklet says 3000 watts at 2ohm. 1500x2 at 1ohm, both RMS! I guess it internally creates a 2ohm load from the dual 1ohm setup.

it also says >85% efficiency, and it creates its power with

It comes with a 200A fuse and holder for 0 gauge wire, I think.

Also it has a variable bass boost gain. You can boost specific frequencies of bass. Not sure if the bass knob is a gain knob or boost knob.

hey i have been looking into this amp a lot! what kind of setup your going to be putting it on ie subs ohms do you need a ho alternator? put up photos of this bad boy and put up the manual i would like to read it lol i cant get it on audiopipe site;)
