I've always heard that you don't want a bend that close to the port entrance why not have it on the left-rear side of the box and have the bend going down the back left and run down the wall?

You'll need a 45 degree wave guide at that port exit. Its still not as optimal though.

The reason for the strange port is because the rear of the box is notched to clear a cross member in the floor. I'm going to rethink it though and try to put the port elsewhere.

Provided you have a port width of space between the side of the box and the walls of the cargo area you'd likely do better porting out the side. Bends in the port are always sub-optimal.

I agree, port out of the side either slot or aero. What sub(s) are you running, and what vehicle?
