Okay you don't have the bass boost on correct? Use the subsonic filter instead and set the lpf via head unit if possible.

I dont have bass boost on and all the filters are on the subwoofer amp that has been adjusted before by a professional

What head unit and what did he set them at. We've all seen professionals screw up on that stuff. Just asking because I know others will as well. The rca volt output on the head unit plays into this as well.

If so it says 2000 watts rms @ 2ohm. I would try turning the gain down some as 80-90% is a little high.

Also I know myself and others use a 40hz sine wave when tuning the mono block amplifiers. You may want to try that as well.

The headunit is pioneer mvh-160ui, thanks for the advice i will set it again with 40hz

And yes thats the amplifier but i have a bit older than that so its smaller physically

That is a lower end model of Pioneer with only 2 sets of pre-amp outputs i.e rca outputs. They don't say what the voltage is so most likely 2 volts.
