Oki did most of the big 3 today, i just need to do the alter to batt tomorrow cause i ran out of sunlight. I was wonderin if this is ok for the block to chassis ground??

Here is where both new grounds are grounded, is this ok?

yup,its fine BUT

you can and should GND to the frame instead of sheetmetal IMO

I personally think sheetmetal can introduce more noise than say a frame rail.

What car is that and why do you have a rusted AC compressor?

its not a a/c compressor, im pretty sure its the power steering pump, its a 2004 ranger see

its a shame Ford didnt paint that part abd allowed it to rust

yea ford is cheap heh, its brand new and its rusted(well i have had it for 8 months or so), but i guess it really doesnt matter cause its such a big chunk of steel? There was something else rusted on my truck that i thought shouldnt be, i forgot what it was though. oh well....

anyways, thanks guy,imma finish off tomorrow, i wish i would of gotten my amp by now to see how much of a diff this upgrade made, and battery also but oh well.

I would find a bolt on the negine block rather than a component like that bolted to the block. Just more of a resistive path for electricity to travel through.
