Well, I think I gave you your answer, at least with respect to one possible avenue of recourse. I believe someone else posted and gave you some advice on employment agreements etc.

But honestly, you keep asking as if you expect someone to be familar with the laws of Kansas on this specific issue. Of course that is not the case.

If I were you I would not rely on the advice of anyone here (including me) if you are really trying to help your gf decide what to do. If you need legal advice, please go see a lawyer.

As a practical matter, you may find it difficult to find one that is very interested in this.

Well after all the cheating and all the morons over there, I decided to stop posting under that name and went by Alpinefan1 over there for a while to just vote cars down, well the cheaters and talk smack on there. I admit to that. Then I said fuc it and didnt go to that site anymore. Simple as that. I dont see how that is "Selling out" or being a "Fraud". Your antics are truely one of a kind dude. Yeah that was a while ago and at that time this was all this place was. It was drama and I was at that time accepted more. Times change and I realized how retarded they were. I started posting more over here and made some friends and went on about my bussiness. Its not like I am bashing saying what kind of site this is now.
