Is this how you tune?

Im making a box thats 2.25 cu ft. I saw the box builds in these forums for the 2.25 cu ft @ 31 Hz. Thats the exact box i want but in different dimensions. Do i just have to put the same ammount on square inches in port into the box i want to build to get it to tune the same? Thanks!

you could just do the math you know.

or you could just go to a web site with a calc.

Yehh just build it to whatever you can than just ask someone on here and they'll point you to a calculator or tell you themselves....if their in a good mood

But if the box is smaller than what you had wanted and you have the same port it should tune it lower and same as other way bigger and should be higher if that makes sense
