I've got a '98 grand am, with all the stuff in sig in it, about 1300rms, and my stock alt/batt is handling it fine

HU- Look at Pioneer/Alpine

Front Stage- For your budget, go with the boners, I mean PG RSDs

Rear Fill- Sounds like crap in GA's, I wouldn't suggest

Subs- Single 15 SX maybe (Like $250 in classifieds)

Amp-NINe.1, 1606d, w/e

Should be able to get it for about $1000. $250 sub, $200 amp, $80 RSDs, $100 RSD Amp, $200 Used HU. Is around $850 or so, spend rest on box supplies, wiring, etc
