Buy whatever you want..
Don't buy an aiwa HU.. they stink, my friend had one and sold it, and then the kid he sold it to sold it on ebay... so don't get it.. save some more money, and buy a lower end Pioneer, or Alpine.
if you are on a budget, then get a Diamond Audio M3 sub. I have 1 10" in a sealed inclosure, and i think it sounds friggin awesome. the 12" should sound better, deeper, and if you want even deeper bass and SPL then get the 15". I know that they can be had dirt Cheap off ebay. I think it is a grrrrrrreeeeeaaaaaatttt sub for the money. They are lacking some in the SPL department.. but the SQ is more than enough.
Diamond and MB Quart are "sister" companies, they pretty much sell the same components, but i personally like the Diamond Subs better... It's up to you
the rest of the stuff you said is good.. but i don't think that the Infinity 4x6's would sound that great w/ out an amp.. depends on what the lowest RMS rating is on them. I bet pioneers would sound better w/ out an amp.

i have to agree in stead of aiwa, look in a lower end alpine,pioneer or somethinglike that alpines cde-7870 &72 are both under 200 at crutchfield so they gotta be cheaper else where as for the 4x6 if your not going with an amp go with something that has rms about the same as the hu mabe 5 or so more but not lower
if you want i can get you some prices on what ever you want just give brand and modle number and ill see what i can do,cant beat most online prices but i have a one warrenty on all componets

id say go with a lower class alpine head unit i think that would fit you nicely
