Wow for $5k at my local shop, you'd be set on 150+ musically out the door. Custom enclosure, nice amp installation, the works.

did they ask you to bend over and grab your ankles . thats a bit extreme for the equipment your getting ,the work ,maybe could get expensive if they are fiber glassing ,but i seen no mention of that in the estimate

It seems it's not the product I'm having trouble finding.. It's someone to mount it all clean... If someone could sell me Kick pods to spec for my jeep yj I'd buy em.. Jus sayin. But not those crappy plastic ones like the quad pods (simple google search or on quadratec will show you what those are... 500$ you might get a chuckle)

for $500 i can make some nice fiberglass pods for you ,but they will still need to be shipped ,does take time to get them nice and right .only issue is ,i'd need the stock kick panels ,would need to know how much clearance i have from the e brake and would need the components that would be mounted in the panels

I'll take pictures when my wife gets home with the camera show you what we are working with here.. There is nothing it's just a metal tub... There is no carpet in my truck either
