is this bad???

ok my box is 4cf. net... my port is 14.5 wide 3.25 tall and is supposed to be 29.5 long but if i make it 29.5 long it comes within 1.25 inches of the back wall being the port is 3.25" tall im not sure if its okay to have it that close to the wall lol i need port help bad......heres what i have 2 hx2 12,s going in the hatch of my eclipse.....it saids 4 cubes net and i think i should tune it around 30 hz.??but not sure what would be the best to tune at ....my os dementions i have to work with are 36"x20"x16" ....i can get the 4 cubes i need but i need help with the port...im thinking for this daily driver i need to tune it in the low 30,s ....and my subs and port will be firing straight up i will includes some scetches of how it should look PLEAS HELP thanks

just cut 2 inches off the port....shouldn't change tuning by much...maybe 1 htz difference

thanks man i didnt know if taking the 2" off would change it to much but evedinly not so thats what ill do and that scetch i put on there didnt come out right lol its to small to see but you can see maybe what the box will look like if your looking straight down and the dems were 36x20.25x16 anyway thanks bones
