is this amp too much for my sub?

Gonna be buying this used this Friday. Powering two speakers and a bridged channel for my sub.

Precision Power PPI P900.4 Phantom 4-Channel Amplifier

My sub is rated at 150-200w @4ohms. If I bridged it it says 450Wx2@4ohms. Would this be ttoo much power even if I set my gains low?I also noticed its not CEA compliant but has a 40 and 35 amp fuse.
