Is this amp any good?

My dealer acts like this Phoenix Gold amp is great for the money...

Phoenix Gold RSd1200.1

Now Im a little skeptical, it sounds like a cheap brand you would find for 50 bucks on Ebay. Is it a decent amp? Will it put out 1200 watts? Thanks.

They do rated, not much more at 14.4v maybe 20% more if that.

Solid amplifier, Phoenix Gold used to be super high end back in the day then they kinda fell off for awhile and slowly started to come back. After Rodin bought them they Dropped the PG name after a couple of years with the RSD and Ryval amps and now A new builder purchased the name and is now bringing them back to high grade status.

Even the worse built pg amps were **** good buget amps. RSD series was pretty solid

but for the c3 memphis 800 rms each 15's your looking at it wont be impressive. you need 1600 - 2000 for a pair of them.
