Is this a Voice Coil Rubbing?

Are you thinking the cone is the problem?

The coil is deformed in some ways and it's rubbing against the magnetic gap. Cone looks good but it's worthless if the coil isn't. I usually stops playing a blown woofer so I don't have to clean all the sandy chucks in the tiny gap because it's a bish.

Is it blown? Sounds like it to me.
