Is this a quality setup? Concept Intl

Alright so I have been searching for a nice looking affordable unit for my car. I am a fan of double din and i drive a 2006 mazda3s grand touring. I want to spend alot less than a grand but i know thats not possible so im settling on a grand. I have found this brand named Concept and they have some cool stuff...concept is the same as this company called roadview (their products are made by the same places and they share the same website so i'll show the concept versions since they are easier to see...) I am looking to get dvd player and navigation with touchscreen on both...can anyone advise me as to whether they think i should get these units? is it a good brand? anyone have experience with them?

these are the concept versions which are identical...

the RG-100 is the gps portion and mimics the gn-200 (they are the same thing)

I would really appreciate someone telling me whether i should go through with it or not.

I've never heard of or seen it, so personally I wouldn't get it. You get what you pay for, especially with head units. This thing is going to be your daily interface with your car, you have to ask yourself: do you really want something sub-standard? I would stick with brand names, save up if you have to, don't take a chance on a big dollar item like this.

Eclipse AVN series may be your best bet...But its far beyond $1000

you might be able to find one used, serch google for double din units. Stick to pioneer eclipse and kenwood double din units, i cant think of any other companys that make a good double din. Jus remeber you get what you pay for

that kenwood is like 900 without any navigation

id kill for the w200 and that new alpine nav but it would be over 2 grand

i got an avicd1. the d2 came out, so u could prob get a d1 for prob under 1000
