i don't have much more than $150 to spend and i thought this might be a good unit. please give me some input on it, maybe even refer me to some other to compare it to. thank you

What features are you interested in? MP3, Aux, USB, number of preouts, bluetooth, etc?

well i use an ipod so the USB feature is a positive. I'm running one amp and it has outputs for it. also i need to be able to turn down the bass with this unit which it does.

You can look at the Kenwood x494 on eBay as well. Should be right around $100 new.
