Hey Guy's
The factory radio in my 98 VW new beetle daily driver died on me so I decided to go ahead and install some new audio gear. I already installed a new headunit and an Alpine PDX-4.100 (that's putting out 131 watts RMS per channel per the birth sheet) and am planning on replacing the speakers next.
My budget is ~$750.00 for speakers and I'd like to use the same brand all around. I'm thinking of going with a set of Polk Audio SR6500's in the front and a set of Polk Audio MMC650's in the rear for rear fill.... what do you think? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
I do a lot of driving and I'm going for sound quality, and don't care for excessive bass.
Thanks!
