Is This a Good Deal?

Hello I am new to the forums and just bought my first car audio setup from chronic car audio they were apparently having a big sale since its 4/20 weekend.

Just wanted to know if I got a good deal, seems like car audio shops usually have items for a lot more than you can find on the internet.

I got a HCCA D600 Class D amp, its rated at

150WRMS X 1 @ 4 ohm

225WRMS X 1 @ 2 ohm

300WRMS X 1 @ 1 ohm

are these ratings under-rated or by the book you think?

I got a Orion C2102 Sub Dual 2 ohm sub rated at 200WRMS / 400W PEAK

is it safe to run the setup at 1 ohm and give the full 300 to it? Its going to be in a sealed box I bought from them.

I also got Powerbass 8Gauge install kit plus they are going to install it + 1 year Blow Up warranty so if the sub blows up or anything I just take it to them and they just pop a new one in.

All this was (sub, amp, box, install kit, installation, warranty) $339 after taxes, they can't install until tomorrow so I will take it back and have them do all that, (I got there just before they closed)

The salesman was like yeah the owners take this 4/20 sale seriously so they offer things really cheap.

Is this really a good deal?

seems aight. the 600 retails in our store for like $329 normally.

Orion has really gone to shit since they got taken over by DEI. Id say it does what it says, maybe a lil less... but they arent overachievers like they used to be.

That's a really good deal IMHO. Not the best of equip but all that and installation for $340.

I always thought orion was good, he first offered all Powerbass gear for that price, but I thought orion was better, I got a little JETTA which has the 8 speaker setup, 2 tweeters and 2 6.5" in front and same in the back, I just wanted a more rounded sound for my rock music I listen to. I wanted the full sound spectrum.

It's not bad stuff but wouldn't be my first, second, third, etc... decision
