Is this a good deal / right thing to do?

I'm looking to upgrade the sound in my Nissan Qashqai. Already installed a half decent headunit so now looking at speaker improvements. I have a £400 budget.

Spoken to a few fitters and one has suggested the following:

Morell Maximo 6 Components

Soundstream STL2.350 Power Amplifier

Decent Cables

Sound Deadening Sheet Behind Each Speaker

Leave rear speakers as stock and power off the HU

All fitting included

So do you think that's a good/reasonble deal? And also the right thing to do, i.e. just focus on decent fronts + amping them, rather than just replace speakers all round without an amp. I won't be going down the subwoofer route.
