What amp for Two SSA 12" 1250rms

Hey everybody, Im new to car audio and I am buying two ssa 12" subs next week. I was wondering your opinions on what amp to buy for the price. Around 200-400 dollars. Im wanting a 2500 amp (that actually pushes 2500watts) or a 3000watt amp.

Im going to post a build log for them and will probably be back often for advice (you guys are audio gurus) and help since its my first time hooking up a system.
