Profile's are actually amazing budget amps. Majority of people on this board that have used a profile amp will tell you they were great.

They are not great amps, but for the price they cost they are great. They are over-rated and don't have all the features some top-of-the-line amps have, but for the prices it is great for entering the car audio hobby.

ya, its not to power a top of the line system. like i said im not looking for the best amp out, or anything close to it really.

but i also need yet another amp. need 1 to power my kenwood subs and 1 to power my front door comp speakers. are them pioneers decent?

That is a four channel amp (the profile you linked to in the first post) and depending on what speakers you have, it could power all 4 of your doors.

As for the pioneer amps, not sure. I haven't had any personal experience with them. But Pioneer generally makes pretty decent stuff on a budget.

Im not looking for the best amp out there either but i bought a kenwood amp rated at 500 rms for double the price of the amp you just bought. The difference is that i got 500 rms and you got what, 100 rms or something. You should of got something else if you want to power your subs.

A headunit doesn't power amps. Amps power speakers.

I think you just mixed up your words. But yeah generally people will amp the 2 front doors and let the internal HU amp power the rear fill. Also there are people that just don't use rear fill. It's generally your preference.

Also, you can bridge your 4 channel amp into 2 channels, but this makes it put out 175 watts per channel which can fry a set of speakers unless you know it can take that much.
