Is this a decent multimeter?

My dad's got a 10$ multimeter from Walmart that I've never had any problems with, but I'm going to college and want one for myself. Is this worth the money or should I just get a cheap DMM from walmart.

its just a radio shack one prolly same quality as the walmart one

I'm looking at the Craftsman True RMS multimeter......its like $69 IIRC but I work at Sears so i get 10% off that price. there are some cheaper Craftsman DMMs too for 20-40

it cant be no worse than my $1.99 dmm from harbor freight.....that was the retail price, sometimes they have them on sale for a buck:crap:
