Termlab or AC would work. Termlab is regarded as the most accurate, but it is pricey. If I remember right, they go for about $600.

that's a waste of money. your setup should hit over 126 db's but not 174. best bet is termlab but they are very expensive. just go to a shop and get it metered.

Your best bet for a cheap and somewhat accurate meter would be an Audiocontrol Epic-160. Its a half din unit, not totally accurate but good enough to mess around with and not too expensive. A "real" mic will cost you around $500.
