Is there THAT much benefit from multiple wire runs?

Say for a 4krms setup, is there really any huge benefit running 4 runs of 1/0 vs 2 runs of 1/0? The only thing im really improving on is resistance issues correct?

Reason i ask is i've been using Knu fleks in my truck (great to work with), but for the price of 2 runs of fleks from my under the hood battery to my bigger batteries in the back, i could do 4 runs of KLMX and still save money. I dont need flexibility for those runs anyways.

I really wish I had a comparison before/after I did all of my runs to see the benifit //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

Are you planning on going directly back to the front with your ground run(s) as well (linking the front and rear batteries negatives)? I would do that if youre going all out. But 4 runs of klmx I would think would be an advantage over 1 or 2 runs of flex, especially if you can do it for cheaper

Correct, everything is battery-to-battery.

You will not have a noticeable difference.

Is it better? Yes

Did I do it? Yes, b/c I got 200feet of kicker hyperflex for $300

The thing is, if you have 2 or more rear batteries, most of your current will be drawn from the rear batteries, hardly any will be drawn from the front... and when it is... 2 runs of 1/0 will handle more than enough of the current.

Now, if you're upgrading, and always adding more power... then go for it. If you're running dual alternators, go for it. If you're trying to win world finals, and need that last .1dB, then go for it. But with exactly what you have now, daily driving there will not be a noticeable difference.
