Is there a contact phone number for Fi Audio?

i emailed scott at Sales@fiaudio.com or whatever that email was, but it was the one Scott was emailing me with. He was getting back to me within 24 hours up until a week ago, I dunno what happened. I do not know what Nick's email is though.

Last I spoke to him they already shipped it out twice to me, and it never got here. He asked me to verify my address to make sure they have it correct, and I did. After that I got no email response back, and sent several follow ups askign whether the address was correct or not. I sent like 2-3 emails in the last week but I don't know if they are busy or what, but I do not want to bother them with flooding the same email account with emails. Prior to this I would send one email at night, and I would have a response sitting in my inbox in the a.m

no I have the email addy in my inbox, the one he used to reach me, I was just saying it was the "salesxxxx" email i was using, i didn't remember the exact format. I get the confirmation back from Fi too that my email was recieved, so i know it is the correct email based on those two things

 
Usually Nick from FI answers a lot of questions that Scott can't. Just make a thread over at SSI in their sub-forum and it should be taken care of.
I don't want to start flooding the internet with that though, they seem like a very good company with good customer service (from the way Scott was talking to me a week or so ago). I emailed Nick and I'm just gonna give that a few days to get back, then I'll post it on there maybe.

And no, we don't have a phone. If 10 hours a day is spent answering a phone...and not building speakers, then no speakers get built which result in more phone calls complaining about people not having their speakers...

It's how we do things...sorry if some do not agree.

hey thanks Nick for getting back to me. To my own defense though just so I don't sound like a moron who does not know my own address, the address I used on the paypal was 100% correct, as were the followup ones. I was just suggesting that maybe someone on your end accidently replaced the "ct" with an "ave", as a possibility of why it was not getting here. Still though, I am looking at the original paypal transaction as we speak, and whatever was sent to you was my actual address typed correctly. I didn't bring up the possible "ct/ave" accidental switch at all, until after the second attempt to mail it to me did not reach me. At that point it was the only possibility I could think of since I was absolutely sure the address I gave you was typed out correctly, and the paypal transaction on my end and the receipt in your records should reflect that
