Just wondering. Yes I know what their email addy is, just curious if anyone has a number to reach them at.

Has anyone here ordered tinsel leads before from Fi? I ordered them from Scott via email over a month ago and haven't gotten any yet. Until the last week he was getting back to me extremely quickly, but ever since I verified my address with him, i stopped getting emails, and I still dont know what is going on. Last I spoke with him was over a week ago when they were gonna 2 day mail it to me, but still nothing.

I mean it's only 10 bucks so i dont care all that much, but i still need to fix this sub, and I need those tinsel leads. I know it's pocket change for them, but all i needed to know is if they had my address correct or not? What do you guys think I should do, I need these tinsel leads lol, my XXX has been out of comission for too long now, i'm having bass withdrawal

I didn't want to bring this up at all until i waited long enough to see if he would get back to me, but it's been a decent amount of time since he last emailed me, and prior he was getting back to me within 24 hours. According to him they tried sending it to me twice but it never came here, and I gave him the correct address multiple times, so i have no idea what would be causing it to not get here? Scott is a great guy to talk to over email but all I need to know is if they have my address correct, and how come their properly addressed mail isn't reaching my house? (I've lived here for over 8 months so far and ordered lots of stuff to this adress before, never had an issue of someone's mail being unable to reach me. I am pretty sure he is sending it through the post office, but ive never had an issue at this residence before of getting postal mail, I have out of state letters sent all the time.

I know Fi is a good and extremely highly reputable company, but I have no idea why it would take over a month to snail mail tinsel leads from vegas to florida? I am sure they are very busy there and sending someone tinsel leads is small potatoes for them, but I just wish i could know what was going on. If it was a situation in which they told me it would take a while to get to me, that's fine and I can be patient. But they said they actually shipped it shorty after I ordered it, which was about a month ago. And then re-shipped it about 2 weeks ago, 2 day mail, but I still never got it. Now that they haven't emailed me back in some time, I'm lost as to what to do.

Also to the other person, this is my last outlet, I went to their site already and verified that they do not have a phone number on the site

No, they don't have a phone number that you can call and aggravate them with stupid questions to take up time that would be better spent building subs/consulting with OEM clients.
