is the amp fixable or not?

Same^ But it kind of confirmed by suspicions, most likely someone vibrated the **** out of that amp on a box and one of the output components broke off the board.

OP, take a closer look at the two vertically mounted output filters to the left of the 6 caps closest to the output section (side with RCA's) push them around a little bit see if they're lose on the board

 
If you have an alpine shop around they will prolly charge about 220 for an out of warranty repair. All alpine will do is put a new board in it.

It will most likely be cheaper to buy a new amp. You can get 1000w for fairly cheap nowadays

This tested well on youtube - not familiar with the brand but it is a pretty standard china build house amplifier...

I agree with every one above. OFC is much better. Copper is a much better conductor than aluminum.
