As much as you guys hate Elemental, I would think this is a good thing. That's one of Milne's biggest failures is airing things in the open that should be privately kept.

If what he is saying is true everything is fine, and what would be the point of getting upset over something that is not true, if its not true they have nothing to worry about, or if it is true it should all come out very soon and will either be proved true or false. Them getting upset over it wouldn't make anything any better or worse.

Think about it, if PE bought out the stock they would not be selling at MSRP, they would be selling at clearout prices. They would only stick to the MSRP on a product if it is going to be an ongoing avialable item. I hope PE puts them up soon so we can see.

It sounds like the Audiopulse stuff is still a little ways away from being sold on PE....just from conversations with people there.

I would think PE would want a decent amount of stock before putting them up for sale.

On a related note, has anyone else gotten odd feelings about PE of late. Maybe it's just me, but their prices are going up, selection is dwindling, they're taking on more junk brands, and overall teh place seems different. Hell, Kuzma is gone, do they even have anyone in-house that designs drivers/speakers?

Wild thought, what if PE just bought TC, or they're now partners? That would make Dayton prices skyrocket, but could you imagine the next iteration of the Titanic?!?!?

I could care less if the closing down rumors are true or not. What I don't like is the apparent BS email they sent to a supplier. If that email is authentic then their ethics are still in question with me. Even more so if the bankruptcy and closing isn't true.

They filed Chapter 7(recovery), they havent filed chapter 13 yet(and i dont think they ever will)
