Is TC Sounds Inc. done forever?

Maybe once you reach a certain size this is true.
But it seems to be working out well for companies like Fi, Sundown, and IA. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
Both Fi and IA do OEM work....

Interesting. Why is AP going to be sold at Part Express if TC no longer exist?... I would not go around showing people's emails over the internet as the authenticity could be in question.
That's what I thought but it seems like a real big risk to put yourself out there if this wasn't true.

I spoke with Kevin on the phone and, in my opinion, he's in big trouble if all the rumours about TC Sounds future are true.

Sundown didn't start out life as an OEM and transition to direct.

i was talking about retail.
OK, let's talk retail. What do you think the profit margin on a pair of Nordost Valhalla or Odins are? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Also they were in the home audio market, and I have some experiance there also, and there is a very big market that spends $1500 for a sub, infact I am working on a Theater room that has 6 subs that run over 2k each. so the market for their higher priced items is there also.

we need Flip to get into this one, and break it down
It's right there in black and white.

I have questions about the formation of the magnet company, any business units in the US, etc.

Much of it depends on the business arrangement of TC Sounds, the collateral they supplied for loans, etc. I am a bystander at this point, but watching closely. It may be an opportune time to buy a speaker company. My first acquisition....

I said to someone else...what will they have to liquidate? They got rid of a ton of their old motors a month or so ago and have been short on some parts (18" cones) for quite a while now.

You might be able to get some good deals if this holds true, but I don't know for sure. A lot is up in the air and only those involved know what's really going on.

If gas wasn't what it was, I'd be on my way out there //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif

Wonder if their magnetizer would fit in the van...probably.

I don't know if I could be trusted with that much capacitance in one place.
