Is TC Sounds Inc. done forever?

WhoSayWho lol you should come be our Database Administrator, seem to know more than he does about managing (my boss).

Lol I don't ever give a maybe persay but I have had people say "Can you guarantee this is going to work?" And sometimes the answer is 'NO' because you can't guarantee something on that mass of a scale is going to work flawlessly, even with the utmost planning.

conversation> hahaha.

BTW, it's not that they wont pay us overtime, they don't let us work overtime unless absolutely necessary (like a move or huge upgrade for example)

You can plan all you want and there will almost always be some small problems in a huge move. You don't just wing it though. You set up another location, test at that location, plan the move, review the plan, then execute.
That's exactly what I was trying to say, thanks deuce.

Besides, IN has 0 employee protection. They could actually hold a lottery to randomly fire people (well, legally) as long as it wasn't discriminatory. Kinda sucks there's no way to guarantee things.

If you're working more than 40 hours in a week, then overtime is guaranteed by law.
ummmm... only if you are on an hourly wage. if you are on salary, you had your chance to negotiate for overtime, if you didnt get it then either your argumentative skills **** or you are being compensated fairly (as agreed upon by both yourself and your employer). on salary you are essentially being paid to do the work no matter how long YOU take to do it (notice the verbage).

Correct, but the way he said it they do pay overtime, therefore they are on an hourly basis.
