hey guys when my subwoofer amp powers on (rf t20001bd) it just shoot a straight signal to the subs that doesnt stop until it is shut off. this happens even with the rcas disconnected and its not a low tone its pretty loud however still a bass tone. im not sure if its relative but at the same time i also have a exhaust cutout thatt stopped working at the same time but to my knowledge they do not share any power or ground. weird thing is that my amp for my speakers isnt experiencing any problems and it shares all of the wiring sources. please help me out.

It could be several things. It may be you output on your amp is shot. Just do the basic checks of your power and ground and fusing to make sure they are all correct. Ground should be metal to metal. Is it going in to protect mode? I had something similar happen to a T10001BD. It ended up being the ground. Guys from a furniture store placed something heavy and large on my amp and battery. Loosened the connection.
