Is my amp running at 2ohm or 4ohm final load?

I recreated the image from my manual because I don't have scanner and my camera has no batteries...

The amp is supposed to push out 450w at a 4ohm load, and 900w at a 2ohm load. The diagram says two ohms each minimum (I forgot to include the word minimum in the picture). Do I have it connected properly to get the "450w" to each woofer, or are they simply splitting 450w and getting 225w a piece?

You'll need to say what voicecoil configuration your subs have.

ie: DVC 2ohms, or single 4ohm etc.

I'm fairly certain the Assassin 8"s have SVC 4 ohm.

Wire them In Parallel, you get a 2ohm load.

Wire them In a Series, you get an 8ohm load.

They are SVC 4ohm.

This amp goes 1200w at 1ohm, so I'd probably be giving the subs 450-500w each at 1ohm load. Would that be too much power for them? Can I even make two SVC 4ohm subs go to 1ohm...?

No.

2 or 8ohm. Unless your get another one, no can do.

450 each I'm guessing would be too much.

if you parallel and bridge, it would be 2 ohm mono
