Is my amp burned?

Ok so I took off my sub box and amp because I went to vacations. When I got back I hooked up the amp again. After 1week it just doesnt power the subs. It turns on and everything but the subs doesnt move. I tried an amp from friend and it worked so it's the amp for sure. Could something have happened if I wired the + fromthe sub to - of amp or viceversa what could have gone wrong?

My amp is a crunch 1100w and I got two 12" mtx 400rms each

If you wired your sub backwards, it won't hurt anything at normal volume levels...just plays out of phase. If you wired your amp's power backwards, that's another story and its probably fried. I have an amp that does exactly what you're explaining, but I've traced to down to the output stages being fried.
