Is it worth upgrading head units?

Right now I have a Sony GT 250mp head unit and I am thinking of upgrading to a head unit with better features.

My price range is under 200$ and that is solid.

I was looking at a JVC Arsenal KD-AHD79 because it has some features that I would really desire ex. 6 channel rcs (5 volt), Single Din size (that is all I can fit), looks to be of good quality

I would desire at least 4 channel rcas, good hpf and lpf filters, decent eq, aux and usb input, and overall good features. I don't really like the way that alpine head units "feel" as far as using it goes but I am willing to consider them if the features are right. i personally dont like jvc or sony as a HU. but to each his/her own. if you want 5 volt rca's then look into eclipse, kenwood or alpine

you could also look into pioneer deh-6000ub three rca's sub/front/rear (preout 4volt) 7band eq under $200
