AVH-p4200DVD plays audio but no video, any suggestions?

I just installed my 4200DVD last week and everything was great up until yesterday. I have installed the parking brake bypass relay and was able to play movies from my SD card without a problem. Yesterday I tried to play a movie and found that I was getting the audio from the file, but no video. I then thought maybe I had a corrupted file on the SD card so I tried playing a movie from a USB flash drive. I got the exact same thing.

I am hoping it's just that I am unfamiliar with the system and that I need to change a setting. Anyone have any suggestions?
