id leave everything i own behind minus my car, if i move to florida. hell, would prolly leave my car. my dad is totally against it, but im 18 and its gunna happen sooner or later. i plan to save 2-3g's and just go. is it worth leaving everything i own to be around the people i grew up with, and have a life where i grew up? the place i live now sucks, and most of you know i really hate it.

Depends on how badly you want something like that.

Life itself is nowhere, it's all in the perception of it. If Moving to Florida is your thing, do it. It's one of those things that if it makes you feel alone, and out there (being yourself...) it may help you find a new outlook on life, find hapiness etc.

I personally whould hate Florida. Too many people. Note: Thats where chinny lives.

well i lived there for 11 years. ive lived in mississippi now for 6 months and havent done shit since day one. i worked at ROSS for 2 months or so but quit cuz i couldnt take the manager. and i go to school, but dropped 2 of 4 classes cuz i sit in class wishin i was back in florida. i dont have furniture, car, money hardly, anything. its literally starting all over. im looking at getting a job and saving up 3-4 grand and just leaving this place. buying a 1000 dollar beater to get to work and back. just try to make it down there. but i dont know if i can live like that for long. i guess if all else fails moving back here is an option, last resort.

Well, I did that. But i moved to Hawaii. Left after my first semester in college and just bounced with about $500 and a one way ticket. One of the best decisions in my life, to tell you the truth. Totally new outlook on life, and love the way I see things now. Do it... you only live once!

orlando is by far different than FTL and G-ville. Girls are BEAUTIFUL weather aint too bad, crime aint bad where i would live, gas prices.....shit happens. was a florida boy since....oohhhh 93-94. since 3rd grade.

Well, I ahd a little help seeing my boy used to live there and had moved back out there right before i went to college. He said he had an extra room for me (mind we lived in a hawaiin style shack). I brought clothing, and he had some furniture in there. I walked and hitchhiked, plus he had a car but he worked like 10 hours a day. It was crazy and tough, but the ebst experience of my life. Would still be out there (in better conditions) if i didnt want to go back to school. My 2 boys are still out there now, and the one i moved out with bought a new house with his g/f. Whatever you do, decide if its gonna be a move for life change or just a long *** vacation. if life change, be prepared for everything and anything. a lot of cash definately helps.

i almost expected something so retarded from you when i saw u posted. it takes a bit to get 3-4 grand working 7 dollar an hour jobs. It's shitty here in every sense of the word. It will be a life long move......until im married/kids/great profession or whatever comes my way that a move is in store. For the next 10-15 years most likey it will be a move for good.
