Is it really in the box design?

I have a 1971 Chevy Chevelle and have brand new three JL Audio W7 13.5 and three Zapco 9.0 Amps. I am still debating on my componets. What would be the best box set-up you guys would recommend? Thanks

Well anything that makes a statement in my area! Is there are way to use the rear deck lid as a way to push the music in the car? Kinda have the speakers facing the rear seats? Or would that jeopardize the sound?

with that setup anything is bound to sound good pretty much lol.....id do it ported

if you have enough room for a ported box, then go ported, they will give you more low end response with the ported box then with a bigger sealed box. the excursion may go a little wild in a ported box, but if you play with the tuning an sizing of the enclosure, youll manage to keep them under control at full blast without bottoming out and no port noise.

ahhhhh a ported box for 3 W7 would be HUGE. i mean he does have a 71 chevelle with a farly large trunk, but me thinks it would be hard to stuff big ported box in. id go with them sealed, and lots of dynamate. 3 W7 should hammer.

Nah I didn't steal them. I know what it feels like to have your equipment stolen and it is not cool and the question about the mids and highs I really don't know what to go with yet. I am just asking some you all to for some advice. Hu? I don't know what they are. lol Thanks
