If your amp is rated at 75w and your using a deck with a low RCA voltage I would use an O-scope. If you don't have one, be super careful

yep....all there is to it.

you may want to measure your meter first to see what it's lead resistance is.

set it to read ohms and connect the leads to each other. the number you get from this will need to be removed from the reading you get on the speakers.

I don't usually listen to CDs so the aux in imput would be different then high quality cd no? So wouldn't this mess up the entire process?

shit's going to be different for everything you listen to....this will make it close enough for daily use.

I see I see. Thanks a lot you guys answered it all. Sorry i'm such a pain. I wrote it all down and maybe I'll even solve my speaker wine problem. As for sub tuning. That's for another day. I learn something new everyday I come here it's great. You guys were a ton of help thanks so much

for most hu's it is 3/4 of the volume

so of your 34 available, 25 is the number
