ok so i uninstalled my btl from my hifonics hercules.

like a dumbass, i forgot to take out the speaker wire and remote wire. i make a short trip down the road.

positive and negative speaker wire, still hooked to the amp, touched im guessing, everything started freaking out. i stop, get out. smoke everywhere. wonderful.

so what exactly happened? i'm guessing it's f*cked now. 500 dollars gone.

**** i did that with my Soundstream PCA-2000d and my SSD's. exact same situation. i fried mine to no tomorrow. had to move it out of the house into the garage after an hour it stunk so bad
