Nah, that's when you fix the weak links. When you are not spending your money on car audio is when you need to stop. FOR example, suspensions, busted doors, ripped dash, busted rear hatch door, worn engine, brakes from all that weight, along with the broken windows and windshields. Yeaah when you starting having all those problems, yeah id think id stop there.
okay cool good to hear, good for you! yours is loud enough lol There's hope for me to be satisfied someday with my bass level lolNah, that's when you fix the weak links.
I just want insane hairtricks and something fun to give demos with. Most of the time, "Daily listening" for me is about 90% of what a safe "full tilt" is for my system.
Can't wait to get these batteries and amps in!!
no one designs drivers to do so.Trying to get the midbass transition and up front illusion.
no one in the field designs very high output low distortion 6.5s because there really isn't a market. sure they have decent sounding high output drivers but its very difficult to design a high output low distortion midrange / tweeter in the conventional sense.. ribbon tweeters and horns are low distortion drivers typically wne designed correctly and get loud as **** but midbass drivers the play from 70-2500 are a different story. although they have a few they are a pretty penny. It's not the driver it's the install
Im up there in age too and I feel the same way.... gimee clear , deep and some loudness to go along with it and I am good. I actually really enjoy just the hobby itself too, anything with cars is cool, looking at pictures of custom audio jobs and testing different set ups have always been cool to me too.As I have gotten older, I find myself not really looking for loud, as opposed to deep and clear. My latest set up the IA20.1, and psi reconed re audio mt 15d2, pretty much have accomplished just that. That's not to say that they can't get loud though, but I have never had a need or want to chase number, all of this has been for my personal enjoyment.
I concur, I always have been fascinated by cars and trucks dude. I could look at a tail light and tell what kind of car it was, wasn't so good with what year, but make and model spot on.Im up there in age too and I feel the same way.... gimee clear , deep and some loudness to go along with it and I am good. Lol, I lost that talent when I married and had to get a job but back in the day, I would know what kind of car was coming down the alley on the next block just by the headlights. I hung out a lot in alleys, played ball on a garage rim, drank our beer and just had our fun back there, its that city life.I concur, I always have been fascinated by cars and trucks dude. No, lol. My systems haven't been loud enough for me and I just spent $4,500 on three 7k amps and over 30 batteries......okay cool good to hear, good for you! yours is loud enough lol There's hope for me to be satisfied someday with my bass level lol
