Is it easier to control an ipod touch/iphone from the ipod itself than the receiver?

if you get a high speed 2.0 usb equipped h/u then its easier and quicker thru the h/u...if you get the accessory ipod adapter....easier thru the ipod. the Pioneer 8000bt has quick response time...my pioneer 5000ub has good response..a lil slower tho.

I just use my auxiliary input in the back, I find it really easy considering its right in your hand and really easy to stroll through all the music.
