well its a friend, his girl and his mother. so really, same rules apply im just paying for more shit. dont come in wee hours in the morning as people are sleeping, and shit like that. not that its a problem here where i live, there aint shit to do. i would rather live with my brother is what im saying. brother or alone.

they put a little money back each quarter or something to pay for it, and my aunt hit gold when she died and that payed for it really.

if he would give me the money from my aunt, i would be well off enuff to make rent and do what i need to do to get through college/find a job and make it on my own, but he says hes saving it for a house when me and my brother find wives. im not looking to ever be married, so i guess that money stays his lmao.

u cant really move out on your own to the city where im from nowadays without getting lucky and banking a **** good job first.

anythings is bad when u have to much of it! but anyways i think u have the right to be pissed at your dad because hes an *******, even though he does pay for your shit, if i was you i would just find a way to make him know how upset u really are and he'll probably change

my sister had the same situation where she didnt get along with my dad, and so she moved in with her friend where she didnt really go to school and he finally had her move back in and there was a big change

i dont want to completely **** school, cuz then my mom gets *****ed at that she didnt do anything, and i love my mom to death. plus she would feel as though she failed and i cant do that to her, period. i do get a lot of things some kids dont get, but id rather have a shitty ride, smaller room, no computer and no tv than an ******* for a dad.

I always used to say that to my mom, SHOW ME RESPECT AND ILL RESPECT YOU! thats like sayin "my father beats me but i respect him cuz i have to earn his respect im told" **** that. if the rules apply to me, they apply to him. show respect to gain respect. this isnt just a current thing, its been goin on for hell.....8 or so years now. we used to be in baseball and could NEVER be good enuff. i hroke my leg and shattered my knee so i was done for. needless to say i gained weight and never fully recovered, and i worked my *** off to recover as much as i have. he makes comments about that nonstop. theres NOTHING i have to do when a grown *** adult let alone my father, takes personal stabs at me about how i look, how much i weigh, or what i wear. period. i dont take that shit from noone because its ****ing rediculous to even bring the shit up.

as ive said before, he makes a little over 100 grand a year, and does all this for me, but id rahter live in a smaller house in orlando, have a worse car, work my *** off, and have a nice/good attitude father than a well off dick for one.

When I went to college, I had to pay for it on my own because my parrents were going through bad times. I ended up having to drop out because I had no job and a POS 84 Chevy Chevette that was broke more than it worked.

I got a full time job working in a plant/tree nursery doing back-breaking work for what seemed like pennies. After a few months, I got a job as an EMT, then promoted to Paramedic, then after 3 1/2 years I quit and joined the Navy. I just hit my 10 year aniversary...

I'm a self made man. Every thing i waste my money on, I earned myself. No hand-outs...

I know you don't want to here it, but...

The bottom line is, you live with him, you play by his rules. If you can get out on your own, then do it. Otherwise your stuck. Just about every teenager-young adult has similar problems with their parents, just be glad that there is now physical abuse and that you have a car to drive...

I cant stand ignorance in authority figures, suspended way too many times, but there is a point to where you have to realize it takes two to tango. **** it in, do well in college and show up to his house in 10 years with that Benz that have seats that could wipe your ***. that simple.

u obviously havent read the thread too well. im not a dick to my father until he brings it upon himself. its got to the point where we dont go to him for anything, we only talk to our mother. and its not just me, its my brother as well. when u get it to the point that your kids dont come to you for anything, its not the kids anymore.
