Ok, one of our sales reps at work wants me to do an install on his '01 Ram Quad Cab. He's a typical guy, likes rock, and only wants name brand, mainstream componants for his stereo.............and like most people he wants it for next to nothing. So i had him name the brands he likes, of course...kicker, rockford, kenwood, alpine, pioneer and sony. He doesn't want loud, just something to jam to while he's on the road, which is everyday. He also had to have Cd deck with Sirius radio and i can't make any mods to the vehicle and cant have a big box. So i came up with an all pioneer system, 10" sub, sealed box, sirius radio, replacement speaks for each door. here's the list

Pioneer DEH-P3900MP

Sirius SIR-PNR2

Pioneer GM-7200M amp

Pioneer TS-A1371R 5.25" front and back door

Pioneer TS-W1007D4 10" premier sub

Amp Kit

Dash Kit

Speaker box w/carpet

Speaker wire etc.

Labor for complete install

Now list price for this stuff is like $850 without labor but throught the normal online outlets, i can get it all for $600 and thats getting the deck and sirius tuner from Crutchfield. I'm only charging him $640 total including labor. Deal or not?

i could have got a cheaper deck with only 1 set of pre-outs that was still sat. radio ready but for the price difference@crutchfield i left him room to expand and they threw in the dash kit and wiring harness for free with this deck

its more of a business deal than just an install for a customer. More like a promotional install for me.
