another bad shops story.

Well this time i got my car dynamatted with extreme dynamat 36sqft and raammat 65sqft doing a whole bulk pack of each the extreme in the trunk and the raammat on the floor. WellI alryd had most of a bulk pack in the trunks alrdy and i bought another one so they could put it on the parts where it was not covered. Well instead they just reapplied it over the same areas again which was nice but not what i wanted so a few new areas were done but mostly a 2nd layer was added in the same spot. Well the didnt even cover but maybe 2/3 of the trunk so i had to go back in there and do the rest myself i only took it to them cause i wanted to not get dirty. Well the floor now the used the raammat and they didnt even use the full 65sqft when i said use it all double it up. Well they only doubles some areas and then they didnt even do the whole floor i was so angry and they think i wouldnt look later well i did and i will never let anyone dynamat my car again. They also did my doors a while back so now i have to go check on those. People i would encourage you to do your own deadening cause shops half *** shit alot of places i go do seemingly even places i'm recommend seem to as well. the shop sells high end equipment and customer service is great but some of there work i do not like.

Why would you pay someone to deaden your car, seriously? It's mindless work that anyone can do. And as you learned, if you want it done right, do it yourself.

NEVER have someone else mat your ride, unless its a trusted friend. There are way too many ways to cut corners and do a lousy job if the installer is lazy or doesn't care. With the attitude they showed you in following your instructions, Id have to wonder how well they prepped/cleaned the surfaces before applying, how well they rollered stuff down, etc etc.

When you go to someone and they say they will perform a service in a specific way for a certain amount of money...

They HAVE to do it!

That is the fact of the matter..

I pay someone to cut my hair... could I do it myself? ofcourse..

Me being lazy or unable to actually see the results is no excuse.
