I greatly understand Now So the question is i currently got 3 12's sealed at 2200rms in trunk with about 65ft of dynamat extreme in there so it wont rattle and making it louder since air is not getting out so if i do the whole inside of the car and wall it off with a ported wall how much louder will it be a estimate? I am talking about every spot in the car. except headliner. And this is going to be tuned to about 35-40hz now sure yet cause i dont know how the hz work does the higher the hz mean the lower bass notes will hit harder? This is strictly street bass no spl for this car just loudness and metering for fun at spl comps. When i want to that is but i want a good range between spl and daily driving so what should i tune it at but also want loud music bass. The bass i really like is ying yang twins dont no the name of the song off top of my head but songs like chingy getting it i like the bass and pimp juice bass like that is what i like to hear.Comparing walled vehicles to non-walled is not even close.
It is easier to get a truck setup louder than a trunk car, though given the right amount of effort and equipment, both can become very loud.
Now, walled trucks and walled cars will be MUCH similar in performance since you are cutting down the amount of air you need to pressurize, thus making the "cabin" space of both vehicles fairly similar. It really comes down to the builder, the design, and the equipment being used as to which will be louder.
