is a new HO alternator really necessary in my situation?

I'm looking to run 3 10" L7's in my ranger, i'll have everything i need except the battery within a week or so. So...

1. Suggestion on battery? don't want to waste my time with overkill, just need something that will get the job done right.

2. Do i need to buy a new HO alternator? I got one quoted at 150 dollars at o'reillys ad not sure if that will be necessary either.

I like kinetik batts and an HO alternator will help keep the voltage where it needs to be.

Yeah, you're gonna need an HO alt if you want that full 3200 watts out of your amp.

It will be worth your time/money.
