is a kicker zx200.4 good enough to max out infinity kappa 3 ways 6x9 and 6.5's? help!

i'm ordering the infinity kappa 3 way 6x9 and 6.5s for the doors of my 2002 dodge ram... i want a amp good enough to get the maximum bass out of them at a low cost....

i have a guy that will sell me his kicker zx200.4 4 channel amp for $40... seems like a good deal but i dont want an amp that wont have enough power for the infinity's... i want good bass and clarity... is this a good deal and does it have enough power?

i have a phoenix gold ms-275 here at home but its only 2 channel would like to have a 4 channel... but i cant find the zx200.4 any cheaper than $100 online so $40 is a good deal money wise anyway... please help ASAP.. thanks
