Is 3/4 mdf strong enough?

the front of my box is 3/4 mdf and i will be mounting a SSA XCON in it. Is that strong enough?

Yeah MDF can handle a lot of force, and since that front piece is so small you won't have to worry about it flexing or anything.

cool. good to know... swapping out 2x 10 sa10s on 1000w each to 1x SSA Icon with 2000w rms 1.4ft^3 before displacement tuned to ~30hz OHHH YEA!

how does it not get wet? MDF is very sensitive to water
