is 1500w too much for tc-7's?

my two 10" TC-7s are rated at 650 a piece and im only giving them 550 a piece so i am looking at getting a new amp that is around 1500w do you think this will be too much for em?

id like to use all the power and rather not turn the gains down

well ya im going to set the gains at the right voltage but i don't want to turn them down more so that i am only giving the subs 1300w from a 1500w amp cause then i might as well just keep my amp i have now it does 1100w and there would be no reason to spend money for 200 more watts in my opinion

They should handle the extra 100w....But, you might not notice a difference going from 1300w to 1500w..

It's really doubtful that you will notice a difference from switching amps. If you're wanting to make them louder, look into changing the enclosure before trying to add more power.

Well I've only got 1100 going to them right now so I figured another 400w would make them louder.... Maybe not

The difference probably won't be audible. Change of enclosure would be the optimal means of getting louder.
