Any specific details of bad transactions with this guy instead of ramblings of bad business practices? I know they're out there, I just want to see them...

do a search for them, i know i have posted it SEVERAL times on here.

yup, i can already see the wave of complaints that are going to follow this... and judging by the way he "fixed" my alt all the times it died, i am imagining this group buy is going to consist of a bunch of B-stock parts or "extras" that he had laying around...

Your right, we just have a bunch of crap laying around we need to get rid of. Thats how we have been in business so long and do so well.

You and I have been through this many times before. You didnt get "screwed" or anything like that. We took care of your alternator that you stated was only installed for 2.5 months. I remember looking at it when you shipped it back. It looked like it was in there since the 80's. I admit, you had the wrong regulator the first time you were shipped an alternator. We took care of that. Either way, You just get a little carried away with all this.

I've been looking for a High amp alternator for my Escalade, only looking for about 200 amps, there really only seems to be 2 companies to choose from, at least on Ebay, Alterstart and another one I think its Eagle Electric or something like that. They both seem pretty flaky. I've emailed both companies with less than stellar correspondence, it doesn't leave me much confidence in their alternators :-(

^^that too. i would strongly suggest that anyone interested in this group buy research dominick VERY well... he is surrounded by shady behavior, poor business ethics, products that are hit and miss (and i think more missing than hitting), poor reliability, etc etc...
and often times you wont see this until he has your money. then he might just dissapear for a while. and yes, i can name (but wont) a few people that have been completely robbed by him.

Please do. Do alot of research. You will find approximately 25,000 alternators sold and maybe .1% dissatisified. Now do your research why they are dissatisfied.

Robbed? Ok.

what about a alternator for a 1997 tahoe 5.7l Vortec? Not interested in HUGE (300a+)... just something better than the POS 100a stocker.

then please tell me why i had to have it installed and removed 3 times (each at my own expense)...

please tell me why it would NEVER do even half of what you claimed it would do...

so yeah, i was sold something that wouldnt perform, wouldnt last, and was so costly due to install/uninstall over and over, so i feel like i got screwed. and unfortunatly for you, im not going to let it die because until you step up and do the right thing im going to try to keep anyone else from getting screwed too.

and im not the only one on this forumn with that oppinion, i might be the most vocal, but i dont stand alone.

my 300 amp iraggi did 125 amps max, and that was in the short amount of time it actually worked at all.
