Iraggi Alternators Group Buy (Official)

Your the one that said your roads were salted alot. Either way.....
Here is what im willing to do...

Send me your alternator and I will replace it with ANY alternator you want. This way you can sell it. Im sure there is someone here or out there who is willing to pay used price for a brand new alternator.

So its up to you. You can let us take care of this for you or you can keep doing what your doing.......which happens to not benefit anyone. You or me.

Dom
i have already explained why that is not a valid solution. i dont understand why you cant just be a good business man and do what you should //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

youre willing to give away stuff (supposedly, which i have my doubts about already seeing as i know how that went with several competitors you promised something similar to), yet you just arent upstanding enough to do what has been asked over and over again, from years and years ago.

if thats the way you want to do it though, then how about you find someone willing to buy an alt (at the same cost or close to the same cost that i payed), either they send me the money, or they send you the money and then send the money to me, and ill gladly mail you the alt back, and we can put this behind us and from that point on i can change my story to "i had some issues but in the end dominick did the right thing" //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

dom is a great person to deal with, much better than the other alt companies I spoke to. He even took the time to explain the installation step by step while I was putting it in. Im sold on Iraggi

EA cost me too much

so dominick, i never heard an answer from you regaurding my counter to your last offer.

i dont understand why a supposedly upstanding business man like yourself should have to be so afraid about a simple request like returning a defective product //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

bump. have i been a fool to think that dominick might actually act like a respectable man and respond? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

he hasnt acted like a respectable business person, i guess i shouldnt have expected anything else from him //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif . would have been nice to see him right the wrong though.

ok, i have a tendency to get screwed over with my car - whether it be installs, warranties, defective parts, etc.

as some of you know, i was a victim of a local install shops major, major screw up (Team Nutz - located in pittsburgh)

theres actually a thread about this in the PA review section..

ANYWAY, along with multiple other unrelated issues, i bought an alternator off "Motor City Reman" on ebay for my 97 grand prix when i had it. it SUCKED. dropping voltage, not putting out what it said, the list went on.

i called to have the alternator sent back for a refund. the guy (who was a TOTAL *******) told me he would "repair it and send it back, shipping at my cost because i probably installed it wrong"

this infuriated me..first i had a professional shop who does ALL my work now, whom i TRUST do it. they installed it properly, trust me, i watched them. even when telling him this, he tried to question me telling me it was install error, and he would repair it at my cost (shipping). when i said that wasnt acceptable and i wanted a refund, he told me to "**** off" and hung up on me. FOUR witnesses heard this on speakerphone at my last job, including a customer in the store who overheard the conversation.

i dont understand why a LOT of companies now a days have a problem refunding a customer when issues arise...whether it be a car audio install shop, alternator manufacturers/refurbishers, etc. its like...dude... the shit is under warranty... i dont want it, its defective, ill send it back you pay for shipping BACK to you, since you SENT me a defective unit, and refund me the cost i paid. simple as that. but no, they want to repair it...because thats the cheaper route.. so i take it its cool to cheap out on your customers now days

sad part is, 90% of companies don't hold up to the customer service bargain in the end.

NOTE: this is not directed to Iraggi/Dom, this is directed to team nutz / motor city reman.

i'm just afraid now as i don't know who to go with for a HO alt - customer service is HUGE for me, and i hate having to wait more than a couple hours / 24 hours for a response and/or wait weeks for things to be sent back, etc.

this was the horrible customer service that i recieved from dominick as well. not only was i out of the cost of having to swap my alternator SEVERAL times because it repeatedly failed, but also shipping charges...

and then when i asked simply to be refunded, he refused to do so. i dont understand why, he sold me a defective product, as a consumer i feel like it is my right to demand a refund when its obvious that dominick cant supply the product that i was promised.

on a site like ebay, or a public market place, thats what we call a scam. the product was not as described/promised, and he refuses to do a refund.

unfortunately thats how a lot of places now do business. it's cheaper for them to repair rather than spend the shipping costs and refund the customer... they have to file that as a loss..and they DONT wanna do that... BUT, good companies with good customer service WILL do that to show good business ethic and to keep customers returning.
